FitStand 360™

FitStand 360 is a stable and portable structure that helps people remain active and mobile in order to reduce the risk of falling with tailored exercise and to improve fall recovery. The experience is dignifying, easy, and safe to use while providing peace of mind for both users and caregivers

Optimized Movement Pattern

FitStand 360 enables individuals to use the same movement patterns that are taught in senior exercise and fall recovery classes. This movement pattern, developed by Kinesiology experts, optimizes the use of strong leg, gluteal, hip, and core muscles. FitStand 360 provides a robust and stable platform to work with for added balance and variations on the up and down movements to meet the needs of the adult and caregiver when necessary.

EXERCISE + REHAB | Sturdy and easy to use

FitStand 360 provides a stable and convenient structure to perform a complete range of strength and balance exercises, and the FitStand 360 App provides customized instruction and encourages compliance. Numerous studies show that regular exercise to maintain or build core and motility strength, as well as balance, is the single most impactful element to remaining healthy and active or recovering after an injury.

MOBILITY | Get down to and up from the floor with confidence

Many aging adults limit their range of vertical motion because they are concerned about getting back up from the ground. FitStand 360’s portability allows people to get down to the ground to participate in enriching activities or to reach something on or close to the floor.

FALL RECOVERY | Safe for all, including caregivers

If an older adult has fallen and is not injured, the person and a caregiver can work in a collaborative manner to get the person up from the ground in a manner that is safe and dignified for both individuals.
