Together ZIP offers extensive experience in design research, innovation, product development, strategic management, and operations in a wide range of consumer and industrial markets. This experience has been gained through working in the world's leading design and innovation consultancies, numerous start-ups, and established companies. 

The ZIP team members share a common design methodology, and have combined forces on many projects over the years. We work in an efficient and highly collaborative manner, and bring a diverse set of skills and experience to every project. Leon Segal, PhD  is a cognitive psychologist with over two decades of experience in the application of cognitive science, design research and ergonomics to product innovation and team creativity.

is a design strategist with over a decade of experience using empathic research to uncover new opportunities and provide critical insights to drive the development of new products, brands and experiences.

is an award winning industrial designer and principal of Studio Backs offering a full range of design services including industrial design, visual design language and innovation strategy.  


Gitta Salomon
is principal of Swim Studio and has over 20 years of experience as a practicing interaction designer working on product strategy, definition, and development for consumer and enterprise products.

Chris Loew
is an award winning industrial designer with over 20 years of experience. He is a co-founder of Loewco offering industrial and graphic design services for a wide range of consumer and technology companies.

is the founder of Innovationship an innovation training company, and an innovation psychologist with over 25 years of experience in human factors, product innovation and experience design.
